Job Summary: Alpha Structural, inc. is looking for an experienced Driver/Equipment Operator to support our construction divisions on residential, commercial and hillside construction sites with debris hauling, equipment operation and maintenance, and demolition/ hauling work, and ultimately helping keep our projects running on-time and on-budget. This is a fast-paced, boots-on-the-ground role ideal for someone who is hands-on with hard work ethic and enjoys working on a team. Requirements: Class A or B license Must be capable of manual labor, hauling and demolition work Operation of trailers, hydraulic dumps, excavating equipment (skid steers, excavators) Equipment transport, trash runs, and job site deliveries Coordination with supervisors and crews in the field Maintaining clean and well-functioning trucks and equipment Ability to lift and move materials in a physically demanding role Preferred (Not Required): Diesel Mechanic Experience and Certification Hydraulic Pump Experience and Certification OSHA Certifications: OSHA 10+ Construction Card Heavy Equipment Operator Certification: Excavator and Skid Steer/ Wheel Loader Perks & Benefits: Competitive pay: $28+/hour (depending on experience) Robust health coverage: Employer contribution towards KAISER Medical and Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Retirement planning: 401(k) plan to help you invest in your future Paid time off and holidays Company phone provided Job stability: Over 30 years of consistent growth and success Schedule: Monday–Friday Some weekends as needed Day shift Work Location: In-person: Field operations across Los Angeles County Equal Opportunity Employer: Alpha Structural is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
