Heavy Haul CSRswith 2 to 3 years' experience, have potential incentive earnings of $20,000+annually.What You'll Do:Drive revenue by proactively selling ATS Heavy Haul services to new,existing, and inactive customers through calls, emails, andrelationship-buildingManage the full load lifecycle-quote, negotiate rates/terms, enter orders,and ensure accurate load details in LMEServe as the primary liaison between customers and operations, ensuringclear communication and smooth execution from pickup through deliveryIdentify and qualify new opportunities by aligning customer needs with ATScapabilities and expanding business within the crane segmentCollaborate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Credit) to solveproblems, secure approvals, and deliver a seamless customer experienceSkillset for Success:1-2 years of experience in sales, logistics, or heavy haul, with a strongability to build relationships and close businessConfident communicator with strong negotiation, customer service, andproblem-solving skillsAnalytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiplepriorities in a fast-paced environmentComfortable with technology and tools, including Microsoft Office and loadmanagement systems, plus basic understanding of routes, maps, and load specsSelf-motivated team player with a proactive mindset, creative thinking, anda high level of professionalism and integrityCompensation & Benefits:The position has a total cash compensation range of $57,000 to $90,000.00which includes the position-specific, performance-based incentive; base salaryrange for this position is $45,000 to $67,000 annually. Base salary offered isdetermined by relevant experience, education, certifications, and geographiclocation as compared to others doing substantially similar work.Anderson Trucking Service is committed to supporting our employees with acomprehensive benefits package.
