eCommerce Operations Specialist

Quality Importers Trading Co., Inc. is a premier B2B product innovator and distributor. Since 2000, we have led the industry in cigar storage, home organization, and custom packaging. We are looking for a sharp, proactive eCommerce Operations Specialist to bridge the gap between our warehouse execution and digital sales channels.The RoleThis is a fully in-person position based at our headquarters. You will be the vital link between our physical fulfillment teams and our online marketplaces. Your mission is to be physically present on the floor and in the office to ensure every order—whether from Shopify, Amazon, or other platforms—is executed with the "sense of urgency and accuracy" that defines our brand.Responsibilities:Act as on-site liaison between warehouse teams (picking, packing, shipping) and eCommerce operationsEnsure order accuracy, fulfillment timelines, and shipping compliance through on-site oversightTroubleshoot and resolve fulfillment issues (mis-picks, delays, shipment errors) directly at the warehouse levelMaintain product listings, inventory sync, and order flow across platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, and other marketplaces)Monitor channel health, including order exceptions, cancellations, and fulfillment statusSupport product launches, updates, and promotional executionServe as escalation point for order-related customer issuesPartner with customer service to resolve delivery, product, and order concerns (face-to-face interaction is encouraged for faster resolution)Ensure timely and accurate communication tied to fulfillment issuesIdentify gaps between physical warehouse execution and eCommerce requirementsRecommend and implement workflow improvements Qualifications:Must be able to work full-time, on-site at our facility (this is not a remote or hybrid role)Proven experience using eCommerce platforms (Shopify and Amazon Marketplace preferred)Strong understanding of physical warehouse operations, shipping logistics, and fulfillment workflowsExceptional communication skills to coordinate between office and warehouse environmentNote to Applicants: This role requires a consistent physical presence to bridge the gap between our digital channels and our warehouse team.
