Substitute Custodian

Substitute Custodian Employment opportunities available. Qualifications include minimum experience as determined by the board. Knowledge of plant operation and maintenance; cleaning methods and procedures; heating and ventilation; proper handling of hazardous materials. Ability to read, write and communicate effectively. Good physical health. Hold and maintain a valid driver's license for the type of equipment to be driven, with no serious violations. Ability to work harmoniously and tactfully with departmental and school personnel and the public. Required criminal history background check and proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status. Current residency in New Jersey, approved residency waiver or candidate agrees to obtain residency within one year of employment. Please submit application by Friday, July 25, 2025.
