It is a ground-floor opportunity to help build something.Role DescriptionYou will work directly with the General Manager to develop new business and keep commercial operations running smoothly. Half your time will be outbound, cold calls, email sequences, CRM management, follow-ups. The other half will be operational, processing orders, coordinating with our Italian headquarters, managing shipments, and supporting customers after the sale.If you are the kind of person who gets energy from picking up the phone and talking to engineers and purchasing managers, and you also like keeping things organized and moving, this role was built for you.QualificationsComfortable making outbound cold calls dailyFluent in English, written and spokenStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasksBased in Miami, FL or willing to relocateBachelor's degree or equivalent experienceB2B sales or inside sales experience preferredSpanish language skills a plusFamiliarity with CRM tools a plus
