LED Specialist & Event Setup Technician

We work with event planners, marketers, and venues across North America and internationally to elevate event experiences through technology and branding.Position OverviewAs our LED Specialist & Event Setup Technician, you’ll play a critical role in bringing our most high-impact event experiences to life. From configuring LED displays to executing seamless on-site setups, you’ll be hands-on with the technology that drives engagement at live events.This is a hybrid role—split between warehouse prep, technical configuration, and on-site execution. You’ll travel to events 2–5 times per month, working directly with our team to ensure every setup looks and performs flawlessly.If you enjoy working with technology, problem-solving in real time, and being part of live event environments, this role is for you.Your day-to-day might include:• Configuring and testing LED panels, processors, and playback systems before events • Building, installing, and breaking down LED walls and digital displays on-site • Troubleshooting technical issues during setup and live event operation • Loading and managing content across LED displays (resolutions, scaling, syncing) • Coordinating with the operations team to ensure all equipment is prepared and event-ready • Assisting with warehouse organization, inventory, and equipment maintenance • Supporting deliveries and transport of equipment to and from event venues • Working closely with clients and on-site teams to execute setups smoothly • Traveling to events (2–5 times per month), including occasional multi-day setupsWhat We’re Looking For• A hands-on, tech-minded problem solver who enjoys working with hardware and live setups • Background or interest in computer engineering, AV technology, or related field • Comfortable working with cables, signal flow, and digital display systems • Strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot under pressure • Ability to lift and move equipment and work on your feet during setups • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record • Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work both independently and with a team • Willingness to travel regularly (2–5 times per month) • Experience with LED walls, video processors (e.g., Novastar), or AV setups is a plus—but not requiredWhat We Offer• Competitive pay based on experience • Hands-on training with industry-leading event technology • Opportunity to travel and work on high-profile live events • Career growth opportunities within technical operations • A fast-paced, team-oriented environment
