SummaryGameTime is looking for a National Account Sales Representative that is responsible for finding and qualifying leads and securing new partnerships.You will be mainly responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key strategic and national accounts. You should be organized and able to analyze performance metrics. We also expect you to have good negotiation skills and the ability to foster relationships with customers. Ultimately, you should be able to facilitate communication with customers and build long-term relationships to achieve business goals.This position will develop a strategic list of target accounts of companies and organizations. They will conduct research, lead presentations, and coordinate with marketing, design, project management, and data teams to deliver compelling pitches and proposals that will convert to partnership agreements.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesDrive incremental sales and revenue growth through new account acquisition, prospecting, and development of strategic business opportunities.Identify, research, and develop potential clients and prospects while maintaining an active target list and sales pipeline.Conduct prospect outreach and follow-up activities, including emails, calls, presentations, virtual meetings, and in-person meetings, while maintaining accurate activity records in CRM and/or Asana.Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers and serve as a primary relationship manager for assigned accounts in collaboration with the National Account Manager.Secure, coordinate, and lead annual account meetings to discuss new designs, growth opportunities, agreements, and overall account strategy.Lead the development and delivery of customized presentations, proposals, concept packages, renderings, and turnkey project budgets in collaboration with internal teams.Coordinate and facilitate contracts and agreements in partnership with leadership, contract administration, and legal teams.Participate in weekly pipeline reviews, forecasting meetings, and performance reporting to support business development initiatives and sales strategy execution.Contribute insights and recommendations to annual business development planning, sales strategies, and goal-setting initiatives.Meet or exceed annual sales goals and performance objectives established by leadership.Other duties may be assigned by Manager or Supervisor.CompetenciesAnalytical Decision-MakingCommunicationLearning & DevelopmentPlanning & OrganizingProfessionalism & IntegrityRisk-Taking/Creative ThinkingTeamwork & Relationship BuildingResults OrientationTeamwork & Relationship-BuildingResults OrientationNegotiation SkillsTime Management/Multi-taskingCommunication/Presentation SkillsEducation and/or Experience Requires a bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience managing national accounts/strategic partnerships.Travel This position will require moderate (35%-50%) travel.Computer Skills Demonstrated proficiency with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
