Human Resources Specialist

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!The Role• Serve as the primary HR partner for employee relations across a large, multi-site workforce, including a significant Spanish-speaking employee population• Partner closely with District Managers and field leadership to coach, advise, and resolve employee relations issues• Conduct end-to-end investigations, ensuring timely, consistent, and compliant outcomes• Identify trends and root causes of employee relations matters and recommend proactive solutions to mitigate risk• Deliver and support training for managers and field teams on employee relations, compliance, and HR best practices• Support new unit openings, onboarding, and field HR needs in partnership with operationsWhat You'll Need• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)• Three (3) + years of HR Generalist experience with a strong focus on employee relations• Experience supporting large, multi-site employee populations• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices (multi-state)• Bilingual in English/Spanish• Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%What's On Offer• Competitive annual salary ($70,000 - $88,000) plus potential for tuition reimbursement and a 401k plan• Comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance• Sick Time, Holiday Pay, and Paid Time Off• Opportunities for professional development and advancementApply via Haystack today!
