Senior PC Support Technician

Equity Staffing is seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist in Knoxville, TN to provide hands-on hardware and software support to end users across a variety of devices. This role supports both on-site and remote users and plays a key part in maintaining smooth day-to-day IT operations.What You’ll DoProvide daily support for PCs, laptops, tablets, printers, and mobile devicesTroubleshoot hardware, software, and Microsoft Windows issuesRespond to and resolve ServiceNow tickets in a timely mannerImage, stage, and deploy new equipmentManage and track IT assets (PCs, printers, registers, etc.)Support and guide junior technicians and help desk staffAssist with IT projects and serve as a technical subject matter expertCreate documentation and processes for support teamsWhat We’re Looking For6–8 years of experience supporting end-user technologyStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsExperience with MECM (SCCM), PXE, and OS deploymentsKnowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra, and Group PolicyFamiliarity with ServiceNow and remote tools like BeyondTrust (Bomgar)Experience with scripting, imaging, and endpoint management (BigFix preferred)Excellent customer service, communication, and time management skillsAbility to work independently and support multiple prioritiesNice to HaveAssociate or Bachelor’s degree in IT or related fieldCompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certificationsWork EnvironmentOffice and/or warehouse settingMay require occasional lifting (10–40 lbs) and physical movement
