Executive - Program & Project Management

Overview In this role you drive the delivery of data platform initiatives by leading 2–3 scrum teams, partnering with product and engineering leaders to align on roadmap and architecture. You orchestrate sprint execution, ensure SDLC compliance, and maintain technical debt discipline, all while operating in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment. You will influence cross-functional stakeholders and foster operational excellence to deliver business value and maintain reliable performance against SLAs. ResponsibilitiesCoordinate 2–3 Consumer Data Platform scrum teams to deliver value on the roadmapPartner with product owners to clarify scope and business impactCollaborate with engineering leads to evaluate solution options and define architectureCreate credible, achievable plans with dependencies to meet committed datesOrchestrate sprint execution to ship features on time and budget, flag blockersAct as scrum master for planning, standups, demos, retrospectives, and sprint executionEnsure SDLC artifacts are produced and tracked on timeMaintain technical debt discipline and promote modern development practicesDrive operational excellence and timely defect resolution within SLAsOperate effectively in ambiguity with ownership, customer focus, and high standardsCommunicate clearly upward and outward, in writing and verballyCommit to continuous learning across business models, engineering practices, and data platforms Key requirementsBachelor in Computer Science or equivalent technical experience7 years in software/data engineering, analytics, or BI, plus 3–5 years in project/program management in data/analytics teamsStrong planning, estimation, and execution using lean and agile methodsProficiency with Jira and ConfluenceExperience with data/cloud platforms (Big Data, Hadoop, Spark, Data Warehouse/Data Lakes, Tableau, Ab Initio, Snowflake, AWS)Strong communication skills with technical managementExcellent organizational and coordination abilities in fast-paced settingsAbility to motivate cross-functional teams and drive collaborationStrong analytical, data-driven decision-making capabilitiesSafe Scrum Management Certification (mandatory)strong communicationorganized multitaskingrelationship buildingBig Data, Hadoop, SparkData Warehouse/Data LakesTableau
