Senior IT Business Analyst – EHS A global technology and advanced manufacturing organization is seeking a Senior IT Functional Business Analyst to support enterprise Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) and Facilities Maintenance operations.This is a highly collaborative, business-facing role focused on bridging the gap between operational stakeholders and IT teams. The successful candidate will work closely with EHS, Facilities, and Workplace Services teams to understand business challenges, gather requirements, improve processes, and help drive technology-enabled solutions across a complex manufacturing environment.This is not a heavily technical development role. The focus is on functional analysis, stakeholder engagement, process improvement, and translating operational needs into scalable IT solutions.ResponsibilitiesPartner closely with EHS, Facilities, and Workplace Services stakeholders to gather and document business requirementsAct as the liaison between business teams and internal IT groupsAnalyze current-state processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automationSupport enterprise EHS and Facilities systems initiatives across manufacturing operationsFacilitate workshops, stakeholder discussions, and process mapping sessionsCoordinate testing, user acceptance activities, and implementation supportAssist with system enhancements, integrations, reporting, and data-related initiativesDrive clear communication across cross-functional global teamsSupport ongoing operational and strategic initiatives within Facilities and EHS environmentsDesired Background6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar roleDirect experience supporting EHS, Facilities Maintenance, Plant Maintenance, or Workplace Services functionsExperience working within manufacturing, semiconductor, pharma, industrial, automotive, aerospace, or other regulated environmentsStrong experience gathering requirements and working directly with operational stakeholdersFamiliarity with EHS or Facilities platforms such as Cority, Nuvolo, Maximo, SAP PM, Archibus, Planon, ServiceNow Facilities, or similar systemsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience working within enterprise IT environments and cross-functional teamsExposure to reporting, integrations, or cloud-based systems is beneficial
