Manager, Financial ReportingPosition Overview A growing organization is seeking a Manager of Financial Reporting to support the preparation of consolidated financial statements and related disclosures in accordance with U.S. GAAP. This role partners across the business to ensure strong financial reporting, technical accounting, and process improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements and reporting packagesPerform detailed financial statement tie-outs across the balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statementIdentify and evaluate technical accounting issues related to new guidance or business changesResearch and document accounting conclusions for complex transactions (e.g., leases, business combinations, debt)Support external audit processesAssist in developing and strengthening internal controls over financial reportingMaintain reconciliations for complex areas such as debt, equity, and contingent considerationDrive process improvements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and automationStandardize reporting and enhance systems where applicableQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance5+ years of progressive accounting and financial reporting experienceCPA required with strong U.S. GAAP knowledgeAbility to research and resolve technical accounting mattersExperience with financial reporting systems and process improvementStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentAdditional InformationHybrid work environmentCompetitive compensation and benefitsSalary up to $150,000 plus bonus
