Server/Host

Echo Lake Cafe is a busy, family-owned breakfast and lunch restaurant in Bigfork and a longtime go-to breakfast spot in the Flathead Valley. We rarely hire servers from outside our current staff because we prefer to promote from within, but we currently have an opening for a *year-round Server/Host* to join our team. *The details — please make sure these work for you before applying:* * Must be *18+* * Must be available to work *most weekends* * Approximately *3–5 shifts per week * * You’ll start with a mix of front-of-house positions while training and learning how our restaurant operates * Some previous restaurant/front-of-house experience is preferred, but it does not need to be serving experience , we are happy to train the right person * We’re looking for someone who is dependable, friendly, comfortable in a very busy restaurant, and interested in a *year-round position* *Why work at Echo Lake Cafe?* * Our servers regularly make *$200+ per day in tips*, with cash tips paid daily * You’re typically done with work by *3:30PM* * We have an outstanding reputation and a loyal customer base * We have high employee retention, with many team members staying for years or returning season after season * We are genuinely family owned and operated.
