DevOps Engineer

Job Title: DevOps Engineer – Remote (Banking Experience)Location: RemoteJob Overview: We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to join the Code Connect team at FIS. The ideal candidate will have experience managing API platforms, a solid DevOps background, and expertise in cloud technologies and CI/CD processes. This role involves supporting an API lifecycle management platform, optimizing API development, and managing developer interactions.Key Responsibilities:Manage and optimize the Code Connect API platform using WSO2.Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins & Harness.Utilize Python for data extraction, transformation, and loading.Troubleshoot and document tasks using appropriate tools and technologies.Collaborate with on-site and offshore teams for round-the-clock platform support.Ensure system stability and efficiency for FIS solutions.Qualifications:Strong knowledge of cloud technologies and Java.Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Harness).Background in DevOps and API management.Familiarity with JIRA is beneficial.Understanding of financial integrations.Experience:7-10 years of experience in software development and system design, with a focus on financial services.Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.This role offers an opportunity to work on complex, large-scale projects within a leading financial technology company.
