This is what it means to be CosmWorthy.Fan Ambassadors (Guest Services Team Members) ensure the highest level of hospitality by welcoming and assisting guests throughout their entire journey—from arrival to departure. This includes greeting and scanning tickets, supporting ticket and retail sales, answering questions, and creating a warm, engaging environment for every guest. This role also supports overall venue operations by assisting with wayfinding, event setup and breakdown, answering phone inquiries, and helping maintain a safe, organized environment for all guests and team members.Responsibilities Bring the Pillars of Service (Connected, Optimistic, Service Oriented, and Memorable) to life through team and fan (guests) interactions Deliver exceptional, service-oriented hospitality to all guests from arrival through departure Create memorable experiences through engaging, personalized interactions Demonstrate strong knowledge of company offerings, promotions, and events Consistently engage Fans (guests), team members, and leaders with a friendly, professional, and optimistic approach Foster a connected, one-team environment by supporting team members to ensure fan (guest) satisfaction Follow direction from leadership with a positive, solutions-focused mindset Contribute to a collaborative, high-energy team culture Support food and beverage operations by running food and assisting with bussing tables as needed Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and service standards outlined in training materials and the employee handbook Maintain a safe working environment by following all company and state safety guidelines Support operational needs, including side work and maintaining clean, organized areas Demonstrate strong communication, time management, and organizational skills Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and perform well under pressure Maintain a consistently positive, professional, and optimistic attitude Demonstrates the ability to perform all essential job functions, with or without reasonable accommodation, while adhering to all company policies and procedures outlined in training materials and the employee handbookExperience Previous guest services and/ or retail experience is preferred but not required. Excellent communication and professional interpersonal skills required. Must be fluent in English and able to write in basic English. Must be of legal age to work unrestricted hours as outlined by local ordinances and state laws. Food Handler Card required (or ability to obtain within required timeframe) Must be able to continuously stand, walk and lift up to 10 pounds. Must be able to frequently bend, squat, reach overhead, and lift up to 20 pounds. Will be occasionally kneeling and lifting up to 50 pounds. Will seldom be sitting, climbing, pushing, pulling, and lifting over 50 pounds.
