We are looking for a skilled and innovative Facebook Media Buyer to join our team and take our paid social media advertising efforts to the next level.Job Description: We are seeking an Expert Facebook Media Buyer who is passionate about leveraging the power of social media to drive business results. In this role, you will learn about our business and target audiences, and develop a custom strategy for our Facebook advertising efforts. You will be responsible for the entire campaign lifecycle, from setup and targeting to performance analysis and optimization.Required Experience: Managing Facebook ad campaigns with a minimum of $25k per month in ad spend, averaged over a 12-month period. Proven ability to scale ad spend from an initial starting point (either from scratch or with minimal data) to $25k+ per month while maintaining performance and ROI. Key Responsibilities: Funnel Strategy & Design: Leverage user journey flows that you have tested and that convert, including a mix of multiple ad touches and specific landing page experiences. Creative Direction & Collaboration: Identify and outline most impactful creative types and content (e.g. images, short reels, extended video, UGC, VSL, etc.), as well as ad formats, and work with the marketing team to produce the assets. Campaign Setup & Targeting: Craft compelling ads and define the right audience using demographics, interests, and behaviors to maximize engagement and conversions. Budget Allocation & Bidding: Optimize spending and secure the best placements to achieve our campaign goals, balancing cost-effectiveness with high-impact delivery. Performance Monitoring & Analysis: Continuously track conversions and key performance metrics, adjusting campaigns based on data-driven insights to improve ROI. Reporting & Communication: Regularly share insights with the team, recommend next steps, and clearly communicate the impact of your efforts. A/B Testing & Creative Refresh: Conduct experiments with different ad variations and iterate based on performance data to enhance results. Staying Updated on Platform Changes: Keep up with Facebook's evolving features and policies to ensure our strategies are always ahead of the curve. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Facebook Media Buyer with a successful track record in paid social media advertising. Experience working with internal creative teams and with agencies to create original video assets and user-generated content Deep understanding of Facebook Ads Manager, including audience targeting, bidding strategies, and ad format selection. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication skills to effectively report on campaign performance and collaborate with the team. Ability to manage budgets efficiently and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI. Creative mindset with the ability to craft engaging ad copy and select visuals that resonate with target audiences. Up-to-date knowledge of Facebook’s advertising policies, algorithms, and best practices.
