Lawn & Landscape Positions DJ’s is now hiring for all full-time lawn and landscape positions! Join Michigan’s largest landscape management company in one of the following areas: Lawn Maintenance (Mowing) Landscape Maintenance (Bark Mulch Installation, Pruning, etc.) Bed Maintenance / Vegetation Control (Weeding, Spraying) Flower Planting / Gardening (Seasonal color, planter/pot change-out, watering) Landscape Construction (Planting, Grading, Hydroseeding, etc.) Team Members Benefits Competitive base pay: $17 - $28+ per hour, based on position and experience Snow pay Compensation Incentives Health, Vision, & Dental Benefits 401(k) plan, with company match Short Term and Long Term Disability Employee Assistance Program Referral bonus Performance reviews Annual boot reimbursement Annual rain gear reimbursement Company events Awards and recognition from peers and leaders Ongoing training and development Career advancement Requirements: For Crew Leaders and Technicians: 1-2 years of related lawn and landscape experience Equipment operating experience commensurate to area of focus Possess a chauffeur's driver’s license, or the ability to obtain one upon hire Experience driving a truck w/ trailer Possess a Smart phone and use to track time and material, as well as navigate to properties For All Team Members: Desire and ability to work with a team to accomplish goals Desire to grow and improve Ability to bend, squat, and lift for extended periods of time Able to work outdoors in a wide variety of conditions for an extended period DJ's Landscape Management is a drug-free workplace.
