Breakfast CookLocation: Brian Head Lodge Department: Food & Beverage Are you the kind of person who finds their flow in the sizzle of a flat-top and the perfect flip of an omelet?At Brian Head Lodge, we believe breakfast is the most important meal of the day-especially when our guests are gearing up for a full day on the mountain. We're looking for a reliable, high-energy Breakfast Cook to lead the line and start everyone's morning with a win. What You'll Do:Take command of the kitchen, executing a variety of stations, including Grill and Fry, with precision.Ensure every plate meets our standards for presentation, temperature, and bold mountain flavor.Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly labeled, and rotated using FIFO (First In, First Out).Collaborate smoothly with fellow cooks and the front-of-house team to handle high-volume ticket flows and morning rushes efficiently.Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace in compliance with Iron County health regulations.Perform other duties as assigned. What We're Looking For:Minimum 1 year of line cook experience in a fast-casual or full-service environment.Pro-level proficiency with flat-tops, fryers, and commercial ovens.Must have a valid Utah Food Handler's Permit (or be ready to obtain one within 14 days of your start date).Ability to stand for long shifts and lift up to 50 lbs.Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.Must have reliable transportation.
