They have over 12 offices throughout California and hire remote attorneys who live and work somewhere in California.Why join us?401(k) – Employer ContributionDental InsuranceEmployee assistance programFlexible spending accountHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceJob DetailsResponsibilities: Managing a caseload of lien files, which involves rating the permanent disability under the AMA guides, reviewing medical records, understanding apportionment, completing settlement documents, and resolving liensPerforming lien negotiations and legal representationsAppearing before a judge for Mandatory Settlement Conferences, Status Conferences, and Walking Thru settlementsProviding timely communication with clients and written summaries on a routine basisQualifications: Three years of experience working as a Hearing Representative in California Workers’ Compensation Defense (Required)Knowledge of CA Workers’ Compensation lawHighly motivated, results-driven, high energy, and a sense of urgencyStrong attention to detail, with a commitment to outstanding customer serviceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to juggle multiple tasks efficiently with little supervisionClient-focused, with the ability to deliver resultsInterested in hearing more?
