Associate Project Manager

Overview In this role you will support partner-driven implementations for Workforce Software initiatives, ensuring timely, on-budget delivery. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enable partners through onboarding, best practices, and structured methodologies. You’ll identify and resolve delivery issues, drive process improvements, and maintain clear stakeholder communication. This position offers exposure to enterprise software environments and the chance to impact partner success at scale. ResponsibilitiesOversee partner-led implementations ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, and budgetServe as the main contact for delivery issues, risks, and escalationsGuide partners through project onboarding, best practices, and implementation methodologiesAnalyze delivery trends and refine processes for better deploymentsAlign internal teams, manage expectations, and report on project statusCoordinate access to technical support at key milestones for partners Key requirements1–3 years in project coordination, project management, professional services, consulting, customer implementations, or related fieldExposure to cross-functional collaboration with partners, vendors, or customer-facing teams (preferred)Exposure to HR, Payroll, Workforce Management, SaaS, or enterprise software (plus)Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skillsBasic understanding of project management tools; experience with JIRA, Confluence, Salesforce, OpenAir or similar (plus)Adaptable mindset for fast-changing project demandsAbility to travel up to 20% and work a flexible hybrid schedule (3 days in office)College degree helpful but not requiredMilitary experience or similar could be valuableproblem-solvingcommunicationstakeholder managementJIRAConfluenceSalesforce
