Experience working with children with special needs
Ability to work onsite in Winter Haven, FL, on a 7:30 AM–4:00 PM schedule
Preferred: Prior experience supervising RBTs, conducting FBAs, developing BIPs, and providing parent training
DAY-TO-DAY AS A BCBA
Each day as our BCBA, you partner with teachers, families, and RBTs to conduct FBAs, craft individualized behavior intervention plans, and set realistic, measurable goals for both skill acquisition and behavior reduction; you lead with data-collecting, analyzing, and interpreting it to adjust treatment in real time-while supervising RBTs, delivering parent training, and celebrating meaningful wins that build confidence and independence for every child you serve.
