Checkers - Rally's - - Responsibilities: Assist the General Manager with achieving sales and profits goals and executing restaurant procedures; Provide excellent Guest and Team service and train Team Members on operations and policies; Interviewing and hiring the right Team Members and coaching performance; Ensure policy and procedures are followed on shifts and maintain a safe, clean, and fun environment; Identify and respond to complaints and policy violations and escalate when needed
