Finance Manager

Position OverviewThe Finance Manager will oversee financial planning, forecasting, cash management, banking relationships, and factor partnerships. This individual will provide financial insights and reporting to leadership while partnering closely with Accounting, Planning, Operations, and Merchandising teams.ResponsibilitiesManage weekly, monthly, and quarterly cash flow forecasting.Maintain banking relationships and treasury activities.Own relationships with CIT and MFG factoring partners.Monitor customer credit approvals and factor availability.Prepare borrowing base reports and lender reporting requirements.Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes.Analyze sales, margins, inventory investments, and profitability across wholesale, retail, and ecommerce channels.Develop financial models and business performance reporting.Prepare monthly management reporting packages and KPI dashboards.Partner with Planning and Operations teams on inventory and working capital strategies.Support strategic initiatives and executive decision-making.Identify opportunities to improve financial performance and operational efficiency.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.5+ years of finance experience.Experience in apparel, fashion, retail, wholesale, or consumer products preferred.Experience working with factoring facilities strongly preferred.Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.Advanced Excel skills.Ability to communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders.Systems ExperienceNetSuiteWells Fargo Bank PortalCIT Factor Portal (CIS / Patrina)MFG Factor PortalMicrosoft ExcelBenefitsMedical, Dental, and Vision Insurance401(k) Retirement PlanPaid Time Off + Company HolidaysEmployee Merchandise AllowanceEmployee Discount ProgramPaid Sick LeaveGrowth opportunities within a high-growth fashion brand
