The successful candidate will be a key leader in driving the company's payment strategies and operations, with a focus on empowering users in the digital asset economy. This role is highly visible and requires a strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities and excellent leadership skills. The Director of Payments will be responsible for overseeing payment cash management, business intelligence, and payment fraud risk functions and will engage directly with executive leadership to foster growth and innovation in the payments domain. Key responsibilities for the Director of Payments include leading and managing a skilled payments team, developing and executing payment strategies, defining payment objectives and metrics, ensuring compliance with payment-related laws and regulations, and contributing to the payment roadmap. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field, 5-7 years' experience in managing payments and/or risk functions, and a strong knowledge of payment laws and regulations. Proven leadership skills, business acumen, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment are essential.
