You drive results.Here's what we're looking for.Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in fabrication, machining, or finishing operationsHands-on experience with fabrication equipment, tube lasers, or industrial washing systemsStrong ability to read engineering drawings and technical documentationExcellent troubleshooting, analytical, and process improvement skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience with passivation, chemical cleaning, or surface treatment processesExperience supporting greenfield startups or large equipment installationsFamiliarity with automation systems and laser cutting technologyLean Manufacturing or Six Sigma certification preferredKey ResponsibilitiesLead the setup, layout, installation, and commissioning of fabrication and finishing equipmentSupport equipment selection, procurement, validation, and production startup activitiesDevelop and optimize manufacturing processes for fabrication, cleaning, washing, and passivation operationsCreate and maintain work instructions, standard operating procedures, and process documentationEstablish process controls, inspection points, and quality standards to ensure repeatable production resultsSupport tube laser setup, programming coordination, troubleshooting, and process optimizationCollaborate with Engineering, Facilities, EHS, and automation vendors on equipment installations and upgradesImprove material flow, fixturing, and automated handling systemsTroubleshoot production, equipment, and quality issues to minimize downtime and scrapAnalyze manufacturing data includingcycle times, yield, uptime, scrap, and rework metricsLead continuous improvement initiatives includingLean Manufacturing, 5S, SMED, and poka-yoke activitiesEnsure compliance with safety, environmental, and chemical handling requirementsWhy This Opportunity?Because your career should move forward, not stand still.
