In this role, you will play a critical part in delivering an elevated guest experience across VIP areas, suites, and hospitality zones. We are looking for dependable leaders who can confidently oversee service areas, support staff, and ensure an exceptional guest experience in fast-paced hospitality environments.The ideal candidate has prior experience in catering, hospitality, restaurants, VIP service, or live events and is comfortable leading teams while maintaining high service standards.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support food & beverage staff during event serviceOversee assigned service areas and ensure smooth floor operationsAssist with staff direction, communication, and task delegationEnsure all guest interactions are professional, friendly, and solution-orientedCoordinate with supervisors, bartenders, catering teams, and event managementMonitor timing of service, replenishment, cleanliness, and presentationHelp resolve guest or operational issues quickly and professionallyAssist with event setup, breakdown, and overall team organizationMaintain high standards of hospitality and professionalism throughout the eventQualificationsPrevious experience as a Captain, Lead Server, Banquet Captain, or hospitality lead preferredStrong communication and leadership skillsExperience working in high-volume hospitality or event environmentsProfessional appearance and positive attitudeAbility to remain organized and calm under pressureComfortable standing and walking for extended periodsFlexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, weekendsSubmit your resume to apply!About Us:Career Group is a premier, Women-Owned recruiting agency and a widely recognized name in corporate and administrative staffing.
