Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service to enhance their shopping experience Assist customers in selecting products through engaging product demos and personalized recommendations Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately for transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing Upsell products and accessories by identifying customer needs and highlighting relevant features Maintain attractive merchandising displays, stock shelves, and ensure the sales floor is clean and organized Conduct stock replenishment, inventory checks, and assist with stocking activities to ensure product availability Demonstrate strong phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely Use basic math skills for cash register operations, pricing adjustments, and sales calculations Support supervising staff in training new team members or managing daily store operations when needed Engage in retail math calculations for pricing, discounts, and sales promotions to maximize revenue opportunities Qualifications Previous experience in sales is required, powersports sales is a bonus; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and cash handling procedures Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers in a bilingual setting is a plus Proven ability to perform merchandising tasks such as stocking, product demos, and visual displays Experience supervising or leading small teams is advantageous but not mandatory; leadership qualities are valued Excellent phone etiquette skills for professional customer interactions over the phone or via online channels Join us as a Sales Associate to be part of a lively team that values your energy, dedication, and customer service excellence.
