Overview In this role you will advance the Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove Quality System within the Service Parts/Sales Accessories unit, driving product and process improvements. You will partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Quality teams to resolve issues and raise quality to exceed customer expectations. You will implement quality policies, control plans, and audits that sustain high standards across parts and assemblies. Compensation / BenefitsCompetitive compensation based on skillsHealth, dental, and vision plansGenerous 401(k) savings and profit sharingEducation assistance and internal trainingElectric vehicle chargingMaternity & paternity leave ResponsibilitiesDevelop and communicate quality performance metrics for the Service Parts/Sales Accessories unitCollaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Quality teams to resolve product quality issuesImplement quality systems and changes that drive product and process improvementsCoordinate with Supplier Quality Engineering and Procurement on non-conforming partsParticipate in MRB to disposition defective parts and assembliesDevelop and implement policies, procedures, work instructions, and control plansPerform inspections and audits of parts, assemblies, and finished product kits to ensure quality standards Key requirementsBachelor in Engineering or related fieldAmerican Society for Quality Certification (e.g., Certified Quality Engineer)Experience with kitchen appliance manufacturingStrong knowledge of quality procedures, systems, and toolsProficiency with basic measurement tools (micrometer, calipers, etc.)Understanding of statistical methods in manufacturing for process controlExperience supervising direct reportsAbility to read and interpret engineering drawingsExperience with Problem-Solving Methodologies (5-Whys, fishbone, 8D)Experience with computers including Microsoft Office, databases, manufacturing software, and ERP systemsAbility to lead projects and deliver timely results3+ years of manufacturing and quality engineering experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsClear leadership and team collaborationStrong problem-solving and analytical thinkingQuality systems and process improvementMRB and non-conforming parts managementMeasurement and inspection tooling
