We recruit a perfect fit, every time.Human Resources Generalist Position Overview:Our client is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance. This role serves as a key resource for employees and leadership, ensuring HR practices align with organizational goals and foster a positive, productive workplace.Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding Partner with leaders to understand staffing needs and workforce planning requirements Administer HR processes within the applicant tracking system Conduct new hire orientation and support employee onboarding Handle employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and employment matters Support employee relations, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and grievance processes Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations Assist with succession planning and training needs based on performance reviews Support benefits administration, FMLA, disability, and attendance-related matters Serve as a liaison for workers’ compensation claims and related processes Build relationships with community organizations and support recruiting and workforce initiatives Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all HR activitiesQualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field 3–5 years of HR experience Manufacturing industry experience beneficial but not required Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices Experience with recruiting and staffing processes Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems Ability to work collaboratively with employees and leadership
