Superintendent

A Top 20 ENR General Contractor, is seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent to oversee ground-up and fit-out construction projects with a strong preference for data center, mission critical, industrial, or large-scale commercial experience. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established contractor with a strong project pipeline, long-term growth opportunities, and high-profile projects throughout the region.The ideal candidate will have experience delivering large ground-up projects within one or more of the following sectors:• Data Centers• Industrial / Manufacturing• Mission Critical• Distribution / Logistics• Semiconductor / Advanced Technology• Large Commercial Shell & Core ProjectsKey Responsibilities:• Oversee all on-site construction activities from mobilization through project completion.• Coordinate subcontractors, field staff, scheduling, logistics, and daily site operations.• Maintain project safety, quality control, and production schedules in line with company standards.• Lead site meetings and collaborate closely with Project Managers, Owners, and design teams.• Monitor project progress, identify risks/issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.• Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and local building requirements.• Drive schedule performance and maintain strong subcontractor accountability on site.• Support commissioning, turnover, and closeout activities.Requirements:• 5+ years of Superintendent experience with a General Contractor.• Experience delivering ground-up industrial, mission critical, shell & core, or data center projects.• Ability and willingness to travel throughout Texas for project assignments.• Strong knowledge of scheduling, site logistics, safety, and field coordination.• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
