This role will focus on ensuring compliance with construction safety regulations, industry standards, and company safety practices while partnering closely with contractors, project leadership, and operations teams.Key Responsibilities• Lead and support construction safety initiatives across multi-trade projects.• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, safety engineering standards, and industry best practices.• Oversee contractor safety programs involving trenching, scaffolding, fall protection, cranes, electrical systems, heavy equipment, and related activities.• Conduct risk assessments, incident investigations, trend analysis, and recommend corrective actions.• Provide proactive safety guidance during all phases of construction and operational projects.• Communicate safety metrics, near misses, incident trends, and mitigation strategies to leadership teams.• Drive continuous improvement through innovative safety solutions and regulatory compliance.Required Qualifications• 5+ years of experience in:o Construction Safetyo Industrial Safety & Healtho Safety Engineering or related field• Strong knowledge of OSHA standards, construction safety regulations, and industry best practices.• Experience supporting multi-trade construction environments.• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, presentation, and problem-solving skills.• Ability to work independently in fast-paced and changing environments.• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.Top Skills Needed• Construction Safety• Industrial Safety & Health• Safety Engineering & Regulatory Compliance
