The ideal candidate will have previous experience in warehouse management and a strong understanding of inventory control and logistics. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth within the company.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including but not limited to receiving, storing, and shipping productsDevelop and implement efficient inventory control procedures to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize loss or damageManage a team of warehouse employees, including hiring, training, and schedulingMonitor and maintain warehouse equipment and facilities to ensure safety and efficiencyCoordinate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to storesAnalyze data and provide reports to upper management regarding warehouse productivity and efficiencyImplement and enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a high standard of quality and safetyContinuously seek out opportunities for process improvement and cost reductionQualificationsBachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related fieldMinimum of 3 years experience in warehouse managementStrong leadership skills and ability to effectively manage a teamExcellent organizational and time-management skillsProficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Office SuiteKnowledge of safety and regulatory requirements for warehouse operationsAbility to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of timeStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) retirement plan with company matchPaid time off and holidaysOpportunities for advancement within the companyIf you are a motivated and experienced Warehouse Manager looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity at Jill Frisch & Freeze MiniMart.
