The Panther Group is seeking a W2 Contract (12 months + with potential for multiple extensions), Full Stack Java Developer with Java, React, and QA Testing experience to work with one of our partners in State Government. Top Skills: Java: Advanced 4+ years Required REACT UI Library: 1+ years Required QA Testing experience Previous State of Maine experience highly preferred or experience in any state government Job Description: Key Requirements: Refactor business logic and DB I/O java code from servlets implementing complete MVC to SOA. Write Java Code for a Service Oriented Architecture utilizing JSON/REST via Spring and CXF. Develop reusable business services and components following SOA and MVC design principles. Troubleshoot and resolve application, service integration, database, and performance issues. QA/Testing: Maven and test Mock class implementations to enable unit testing and instrument the tested code paths. Automated security analysis of Java code.
