The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate commercial relocation projects, ensuring all aspects of the move are executed efficiently and within budget. Key responsibilities include managing project timelines, collaborating with clients and vendors, conducting inspections, overseeing logistics, and troubleshooting operational challenges to ensure seamless transitions.ResponsibilitiesProven experience managing complex projects and programs from initiation to completion.Proficiency in Project Management and related tools for planning and execution.Experience in Logistics Management, with a proven ability to ensure efficient transportation and handling throughout the relocation process.Strong skills in Expediting related tasks to maintain project schedules and problem solve.Providing best in class customer service.Familiarity with inspection processes to ensure compliance with standards and quality requirements.Outstanding organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.Previous experience managing commercial relocation is a plus.Ability to work effectively on-site, collaborating with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders.Bachelor's degree in business, Operations, Project Management, or a related field preferredQualificationsBachelor's degree preferred or demonstrated relevant experience.2–4 years of project coordination or project management experience, ideally in operations, logistics, facilities, or commercial services.Familiarity with move management, facilities operations, or commercial relocation (preferred but not required).Required SkillsStrong organizational and project management capabilities.Effective time management and workflow planning.Excellent written communication and problem-solving skills.Strong decision‐making and judgment, especially when troubleshooting on-site issues.Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, while maintaining accuracy.Accurate data entry and attention to detail.Proficiency in Outlook and Excel.Professionalism handling client communication.Demonstrated sense of urgency and responsiveness.Strong communication skills.Local travel with potential for domestic travelPeriodic night and weekend availability.Ability to lift 15 pounds.Equal Opportunity StatementWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer and welcome applicants from all backgrounds.
