How we came to be the great company, the caring family that we are today.Duties / Responsibilities of this position:Identify markets where L&L technologies could offer a compelling value proposition that can solve problems in a highly differentiated and valuable wayDevelop specific RWW statementsWork with regional management to gain buy-in for the market explorationPerform market evaluation of the target market and either validate the VP and RWW via repeat production POs or recommend stopping pursuit of the marketLead initial evaluation and validation of technologies to key customer specificationsTransition successful RWW to permanent account managersCollaborate regionally and globally to develop product and sales strategy and tacticsKey activities and deliverables for this position include:Develop and present value proposition to potential customersMaintain effective internal communicationInterface with R&D and PD to test and validate initial prototypes to technical requirements for supporting early RWW assessmentsLead quote efforts, including establishing all inputs required to effectively develop costs and establish pricing, as well as delivering and presenting quotesObtain customer commitments (purchase orders)Perform contract reviews and resolve issuesParticipate in and/or coordinate with Program Managers as appropriate for gate reviewsLead collections and A/R issue resolution at assigned customersParticipate in developing our product strategy by identifying customer needs and by gathering and communicating competitive knowledgeActively participate in process improvement by participating in department and program meetingsThe expectation of the SRAE is to ensure the profitability of the parts and tools developed.
