Land Agent (Nebraska) - Immediate Need

Volta Group is seeking an experienced Land Agent to support active infrastructure and energy development projects across Nebraska immediately. We’re looking for a motivated, relationship-driven professional who thrives in the field, understands landowner engagement, and can confidently move projects forward.Key Responsibilities: Conduct landowner outreach, negotiations, and relationship management for energy/infrastructure development projects Secure site control through option agreements, easements, leases, and related land agreements Perform title review support and ownership research as needed Coordinate directly with internal project managers, title teams, and client stakeholders Maintain accurate activity tracking, reporting, and documentation Represent Volta Group professionally in the field and within local communities At least 50 percent minimum travel throughout the assigned Nebraska project areas as needed Qualifications: Previous experience as a Land Agent, ROW Agent, or similar land services role Experience in renewable energy, transmission, oil & gas, or infrastructure projects strongly preferred Strong negotiation and communication skills Ability to work independently while managing deadlines and deliverables Familiarity with land records, easement agreements, and landowner negotiations Nebraska experience and existing regional relationships are a plus Proficiency with Microsoft Office; GIS/Land management platform experience is a bonus What We’re Looking For:Self-starter with strong field presenceProfessional communicator with excellent landowner rapportOrganized, responsive, and deadline-drivenComfortable navigating fast-moving project environmentsAbout Volta GroupVolta Group is a vertically integrated land and regulatory services partner supporting complex energy and infrastructure projects across North America.
