Employment Type: Full‐time.SummaryThe Admissions Advisor – Bootcamp Division is responsible for facilitating student enrollment in CIAT's IT, cybersecurity, cloud, project management and AI bootcamp training programs. This role serves as the primary point of contact for inbound bootcamp enrollment inquiries, providing guidance and support for prospective students exploring CIAT's bootcamp offerings. If you are passionate about promoting the important role education plays in changing lives, have the determination to roll up your sleeves and get things done, and have the perseverance to help put CIAT on the map as a leader in technical training, let's connect.ResponsibilitiesMeet or exceed enrollment goals established by the Director of Corporate & Government Sales and provide accurate forecasting of performance outcomesInteract with a high volume of prospective students via phone, email, live chat, events, and/or other communication channels to facilitate enrollment into CIAT bootcamp programsParticipate in virtual and in‐person recruitment events such as trade shows, industry events, open houses, career fairs, etc.Discover the education and career objectives of prospective students and advise on all aspects of the enrollment process, including enrollment requirements, career outcomes, finance options, and transferability into CIAT certificate and degree programsUse professional knowledge and perspective to build rapport, overcome obstacles, and guide prospective students through the decision‐making processFacilitate bootcamp payment verification, enrollment documentation collection, and registration processingMaintain a dedicated lead database of consumer, corporate, government, and contractor prospects, ensuring accurate segmentation, prioritization, and ongoing engagementManage, monitor, and customize CRM reports to ensure performance targets are achieved and reported on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basisCollaborate closely with CIAT internal departments including Admissions, Marketing, Student Services, Career Services, Education, and IT to support a streamlined enrollment process for new studentsDevelop and implement a plan for generating referrals and personally developed inquiries from all current and prospective students and personal and professional networksDocument all interactions with prospective students within institutional information systems with proficiency and accuracy in creating, maintaining, and updating student recordsWork with a sense of urgency, while engaging and listening to others and exhibit a high degree of flexibility in adapting to a rapidly changing environmentAdhere to CIAT policies, procedures, and compliance standards on an ongoing basisAdhere to CIAT's compliance requirements to ensure all Federal, State, accreditation and institutional policies and procedures are being metFollow communication guidelines to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalismEmbody CIAT's mission, vision, purpose and valuesRequirementsHigh School Diploma or GED and general knowledge of the higher education industryMinimum of 2 years of professional work experience in customer service and/or salesStrong technical understanding of IT/cyber industry certifications from CompTIA, AWS, Microsoft, Cisco, ISC2 or other IT, cloud and cybersecurity fundamentalsExcellent organizational and communication skills and ability to inspire and motivateProficient user of Microsoft Office products (e.g., Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel) and ability to learn additional software productsComputer literate with a proven ability to learn and effectively use CRM, SIS, and LMS softwareReliable transportation to attend meetings and eventsMust have and be able to present federally accepted identification required for access to military bases and secure facilitiesStrong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey information and interact with students, colleagues, and othersPossess a sincere interest in helping others achieve life goalsTakes a customer‐service‐oriented approach to recruiting and retaining students and collaborating with internal departmentsAbility to work collaboratively with others to support student success, achieve CIAT goals and contribute to a positive and inclusive cultureCommitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive environment that respects the diversity of employees and students' backgrounds, experiences, and perspectivesSelf‐motivated, goal‐oriented, assertive, results‐driven, high energy, and highly ethicalTeam player with a positive, can‐do attitudeStrong organizational skills with the proven ability to prioritizePossess high ethical standards, being an example of professionalism to othersAbility to solve problems while maintaining compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulations, including those related to integrity, conduct, and professionalismPosition may require work responsibilities outside of normal business hours to accommodate business needs and deadlinesAble to handle sensitive information with a high degree of confidentialityMust be able to embody CIAT's mission, vision, purpose and valuesValuesValues such as integrity, excellence, customer service, teamwork and mutual respect are some of those that remain constant, regardless of changes in our company.
