We create products that support a healthier lifestyle and enhance one's quality of life.Summary:The Logistics Associate supports critical shipping, receiving, and distribution operations within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. This role works closely with management and cross-functional teams to coordinate logistics systems, implement operational improvements, and ensure efficient product movement throughout the facility. The position is responsible for processing orders, preparing shipments, tracking deliveries, and maintaining accurate documentation to support high service levels and timely distribution of materials and products.Responsibilities:As a Logistics Associate, you will support daily supply chain operations that help maintain efficient product flow across the facility. Key responsibilities include:Shipping & Distribution Operations: Process outgoing orders, prepare packing lists, package materials, and coordinate shipping logistics to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.Receiving & Order Management: Verify incoming shipments, process freight efficiently, and maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing materials.Shipment Tracking & Coordination: Track shipment details, locations, and estimated arrival times while communicating updates to internal stakeholders.Warehouse & Inventory Support: Assist with warehousing operations, inventory coordination, and material movement to support production and distribution needs.Operational Support: Collaborate with management on logistics systems, process improvements, and initiatives that enhance efficiency and product service levels.Supply Chain Collaboration: Support purchasing, forecasting, distribution planning, and customer service coordination to maintain strong supply chain performance.Qualifications:5-10 years of logistics, shipping, distribution or related experience (GMP or Pharmaceutical Manufacturing preferred)Experience coordinating freight, shipments, and order processing in a manufacturing or regulated environment preferredStrong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detailAbility to track shipments, maintain documentation, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentHigh School Diploma or GED requiredSRG4 Life Sciences delivers flexible staffing solutions nationwide, specializing in pharmaceutical, CDMO/CMO, medical device, clinical research, PBM, pharmacy, food and beverage, nutraceutical, laboratory, and consumer product sectors.
