While Sales Leaders maintain the ability to generate personal sales, their primary responsibility is to scale results through people.As a 1099 Independent Contractor, the Sales Leader operates with a high level of autonomy and has the opportunity to build and grow a team without geographic or structural limitations.Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition & Team BuildingIdentify, recruit, and onboard high‐potential Sales AgentsBuild and scale a team aligned with Go Create Payments' culture and standardsMaintain a consistent pipeline of prospective candidatesCoaching, Training & DevelopmentLead onboarding and training initiatives for new agentsProvide ongoing coaching, field support, and performance feedbackDevelop agents into consistent producers and emerging leadersPerformance ManagementEstablish clear expectations for activity, pipeline management, and merchant installationsMonitor individual and team performance metricsDrive accountability through structured follow‐up and coachingMaintain working knowledge of sales processes, products, and solutionsLead by example through professionalism and execution standardsEngage in personal sales activity as needed to support team developmentTools & ResourcesSales Leaders and their teams are equipped with tools designed to drive consistency and growth, including:Mind Me CRM & Marketing Platform for pipeline management, relationship tracking, and automated follow‐upStructured onboarding and sales processesLeadership support and collaboration opportunitiesQualificationsRequiredProven experience in sales, sales leadership, or team developmentDemonstrated ability to recruit, coach, and lead individuals to performance outcomesStrong communication, organizational, and leadership skillsAbility to operate independently in a performance‐based environmentPreferredExperience in merchant services, financial services, or B2B salesBackground in commission‐based or entrepreneurial sales environmentsEstablished professional network for recruiting and business development#J-18808-Ljbffr
