Job Description:New Britain, CT | $160,000 - $180,000The OpportunityA privately held precision machining manufacturer serving aerospace and space customers is looking for a hands-on Plant Manager to lead all manufacturing operations at their ~70-person, ~$40M facility in New Britain, CT. This is a high-impact role with full ownership of production, quality, safety, maintenance, and continuous improvement.
