We operate as hands-on partners in both deal execution and post-transaction value creation, combining financial expertise with real operating experience.Why This Role ExistsWe are actively expanding our deal origination and transaction pipeline and are looking for a high-performing individual to help source, develop, and advance M&A opportunities.This role is built for someone who understands that deal flow is the lifeblood of M&A—and knows how to create it.You will work directly with firm leadership to:build relationships with founders, investors, and intermediariesidentify actionable opportunitiesmove deals from initial conversation to active transactionRole OverviewThis is a hybrid role based in the Greater Boston area with flexibility for remote work.You will be responsible for driving M&A pipeline development while also supporting the early-stage evaluation of opportunities.Core responsibilities include:Sourcing and originating M&A opportunities through direct outreach, network development, and relationship managementBuilding and maintaining relationships with founders, private equity firms, investment banks, and advisorsIdentifying strategic acquisition targets aligned with client and firm investment thesesSupporting initial deal evaluation, including high-level financial and market analysisCoordinating with internal leadership on deal prioritization and go/no-go decisionsAssisting in positioning opportunities for clients, investors, and strategic partnersThis is not a back-office role.
