Staff Software Engineer

Overview As a Staff Software Engineer in Disney’s Performance Marketing team, you’ll help expand a portfolio of campaign planning tools, data workflows, and web apps that power data-driven media campaigns. You will own end-to-end experiences for daily users in the Performance Marketing group and set engineering standards across the team. You’ll rapidly translate marketing needs into scalable technical solutions and enable scientists and developers to test and deploy quickly. This embedded, fast-moving role blends storytelling with data science to optimize paid media at scale, within a mission-driven marketing organization.
