Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Raw Materials Coordinator to ensure the integrity, accuracy, and proper management of all material categories in compliance with EPC's Quality System, Underwriter's Laboratories standards, and customer requirements. The Raw Materials Coordinator is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory, proper labeling, and organization of raw materials and region, as well as supporting warehouse and production operations. Responsibilities Maintain accurate daily inventory accounting of all material categories (resin, colorant, blended materials, obsolete materials, trial materials, and regrind) in electronic spreadsheets or ledgers. Maintain visual inventory with proper rack labeling, area designations, and complete material labeling. Ensure all materials prepared for production or trial usage are labeled correctly with the "Resin I.D. Tag" and properly documented. Verify that regrind materials are identified, labeled, and inventoried according to ingredients and weight. Ensure all material blends meet customer maximum allowances as specified in DWI or part drawings. Keep all physical areas of responsibility clean, organized, and free of materials or other items on horizontal surfaces. Provide light maintenance on mixing equipment as appropriate or trained. Ensure all containers (Gaylords, barrels, bags, etc.) are clean and free of contamination before reuse or disposal. Support Material Handlers in managing hoppers, granulators, and containers of regrind accurately. Assist warehouse operations in shipping coordination for finished goods (e.g., BSC, CAT, Maytag). Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned by the supervisor. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to operate a forklift. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to follow safety and quality standards consistently. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and database applications.
