Construction Field Coordinator

Construction Field Coordinator American Quality Homes | Full-Time | Appleton Area American Quality Homes is hiring a full-time Construction Field Coordinator to help keep our roofing and exterior projects running smoothly. This is a hands-on position for someone who likes staying busy, solving problems, and working independently throughout the day. You do not need previous construction experience to succeed in this role — we’re willing to train the right person — but you do need to be dependable, organized, and motivated. What You’ll Be Doing Delivering materials and supplies to jobsites Communicating with crews, homeowners, and office staff Helping keep projects on schedule Handling small repairs, punch list items, and jobsite support tasks Checking jobsites for cleanliness, progress, and material needs Keeping the shop and company vehicles organized Problem-solving throughout the day as needs arise What We’re Looking For Valid driver’s license with clean driving record Reliable and punctual Comfortable working outdoors and lifting materials Strong communication and time management skills Able to work independently without constant supervision Positive attitude and willingness to learn Experience in construction, delivery driving, landscaping, warehouse work, or similar hands-on environments is helpful, but not required.
