AI / ML Solutions Engineer

Overview In this role you will design and deliver cloud-based AI/ML solutions that empower customers to scale intelligent applications. You will work within a cross-functional team to implement AI workflows, host AI models, and build user interfaces for AI features, including chat interfaces. You’ll leverage AWS services and modern authentication to create secure, scalable AI services. This is a hands-on, fast-paced position where your work shapes AI-enabled capabilities for clients in regulated environments. You’ll operate at the intersection of data, software, and cloud to drive measurable impact. ResponsibilitiesDevelop cloud-based AI/ML applications and servicesImplement containerized solutions with Kubernetes for scalable deploymentLeverage AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, S3) for AI workflowsBuild AI service endpoints and self-hosted modelsCreate user interfaces for AI applications, including chat interfacesWork with LLMs/GenAI technologies and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systemsApply secure authentication (OAuth/OIDC) and modern SSOCollaborate in an agile environment and support fast-paced deliveryExperience with vector databases as part of AI data management Key requirements5+ years software development experience3+ years cloud-based AI/ML application developmentProficiency in Python, Node.js, JavaScript, or TypeScriptExperience with Kubernetes and containerizationProven use of AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, S3)Knowledge of OAuth and OIDC protocolsUnderstanding of AI workflows, AI as a service endpoints, and self-hosted AI modelsExperience building UI for AI apps, especially chat interfacesFamiliarity with LLMs and GenAIExperience with vector databases and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (desirable)Government or financial services experience preferredstrong problem-solvingadaptability in agile environmentscross-functional collaborationPythonNode.js/JavaScript/TypeScriptKubernetes
