Evening Receptionist

Summary:The primary role of the Receptionist is to be the face of the facility and greet guests, residents and staff as they enter the building.Shift & Hours: Monday-Friday 4pm-8pmResponsibilities: Answering incoming phone calls, transferring calls to appropriate staff and answering questions from guests and residents. Assisting with tracking residents that leave and re-enter the facility for appointments and outings. Working under the direction of the Business Office Manager and Administrator to complete assised duties. Qualifications:Must have a high school diploma or equivalentPrefer a minimum of one year of experience in acute care and/or long term care in a skilled nursing facilityExperience in rehabilitation or behavioral health is a plusGood understanding of computers; Word, Excel, scanning and prining documentsProficiency in English, including speaking, reading, and writing, requiredCompensation & Benefits:Excellent growth and advancement opportunitiesPart of iCare Health Network with over 11facilities throughout CT and MA!
