Youth Soccer & Multi-Sports Coach

Position: Youth Soccer & Mulit-Sports CoachCompany: Soccer Stars & Amazing Athletes - Mainline PAAmazing Athletes is seeking a dedicated and professional to join our esteemed organization. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operational functioning of our youth sports programs, while also leading sports coaching sessions for children aged 12 months to 12 years.Key Responsibilities:Ensuring all programs run efficiently and effectively and maintaining high standards of coaching.Conduct engaging sports sessions, providing instruction that fosters skill development and a love for physical activity among young participants.Collaborate with the coaching staff to develop and implement the curriculum for classes.Ensure compliance with safety and health guidelines during coaching sessions.Help with administrative tasks related to flyer drops, communications, coach reports, marketing & events.Compensation:Compensation for the position is competitive and commensurate with experience and qualifications earned.RequirementsQualifications:Proven experience in sports coaching and/or teaching, ideally with a focus on working with children.Strong organizational and communication skills to manage tasks effectively.Ability to work flexible hours, including at least one weekend day per week (8am-4pm).A background in youth sports programming is preferred.Must possess enthusiasm for engaging with children and fostering a positive and encouraging environment.Coaching qualifications, First Aid & CPR certifications are a plus, but not mandatory.BenefitsBENEFITS:Flexible scheduling opportunities; Choose Your Availability.A broad network within the Sports & Education sector.The chance to make a positive difference in the lives of children ages 1-12 years.Reimbursement for First Aid, CPR & USSF Coaching Courses.A friendly and dedicated company culture.Enjoy a fun work environment!SALARY:Lead Coaches can earn hourly rates ranging from $30 to $45 (training and qualifications dependent).Comprehensive paid training is provided.Uniform and equipment is provided.Special bonuses available for coach referrals and business growth.
