Job Description We are searching for a highly motivated maintenance technician to join our maintenance team at our luxury apartment community – Candlewood/Parkside (96 units) - located in Canandaigua, NY. Hourly rate shall range from $21.00 - $22.00 based upon experience. Candidates must be proficient in all aspects of property maintenance including basic electrical, plumbing, painting, general repairs, HVAC, & must demonstrate strong communication skills. xaygatp Prior property maintenance experience strongly preferred but not required.
