Receptionist

We’re seeking a professional Receptionist to be the face of our client. The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of receptionist, preferably in a legal, corporate, or professional services environment.This is a key role responsible for creating a welcoming first impression for clients and visitors, while also supporting daily administrative operations.Key Responsibilities:Greet clients and visitors with a professional, courteous demeanorAnswer and route incoming phone calls promptly and accuratelyManage conference room bookings and prepare meeting spacesHandle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and packagesMaintain a clean, organized, and professional front office environmentProvide administrative support as needed (scanning, filing, data entry, etc.)Coordinate with legal staff and support teams to ensure smooth office operationsRequirements:1+ years of legal front desk or receptionist experience requiredBachelors degreePrevious experience in a law firm or professional office is strongly preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office and OutlookStrong attention to detail, organization, and time managementAbility to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environmentWhat We Offer:Competitive hourly payBusiness hours schedule (Monday–Friday)Collaborative and professional work environmentOpportunities for growth and developmentThe compensation outlined reflects expectations for candidates who fully meet the role’s qualifications in terms of education and experience.
