Electrical Engineer

We are seeking a seasoned Electrical Engineer to join our team, focusing on the design and implementation of electrical and power systems for a cutting-edge manufacturing facility in the Northeast of Ft. Wayne, OH. This role is pivotal in steering large-scale capital projects from inception to completion, requiring a blend of technical expertise and leadership acumen.Key Responsibilities:Lead the design and execution of sophisticated electrical and power systems projects.Manage large capital projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgetary constraints.Provide expertise in electrical design, power distribution, and control systems.Utilize experience with Allen Bradley and/or Siemens systems, as well as high to low voltage applications.Work with drives, motors, and PLCs; DCS experience is advantageous but not mandatory.Mentor and train team members to enhance their technical skills and project management capabilities.Qualifications:Proven project management experience in managing large-scale capital projects.Strong background in electrical engineering and power systems.Experience with Allen Bradley and/or Siemens, as well as high and low voltage systems.Ability to coach, mentor, and develop team members.Willingness to travel frequently to different plant locations during the initial six months, with the intention to permanently relocate to the Defiance area.Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package available.Additional Information: Interview expenses will be covered for suitable candidates.
